The seven Deadly Sins is a grouping and classification of Vices of Christian origin in the 4th Century by ascetic monk and theologian Evagrius Ponticus. Widely iterated by the Catholic Church, they becane prevalent in art and literature in sermons like "The Parsons Tale" from Chaucer's Canterbury Tales and artworks like Dante's Peter Brueghel the Elder's prints. Firenze Lai says that she knows her studio of a few hundred square feet intimately; from the textures of its surfaces to the way the breeze blows into the room. The spaces depicted in her paintings are equally intimate. When curators seem to be at a loss for words to discuss troubled times, fear of containment, and the feeling of being completely enmeshed in a space, they turn to Lai's paintings, which have been shown as part of Para Site's A Journal of the Plague Year. Fear, ghosts, rebels. SARS, Leslie and the Hong Kong story (17 May–20 July 2013), and A Hundred Years of Shame—Songs of Resistance and Scenarios for Chinese Nations (6 March–17 May 2015). Further, Lai has shown work in international solo and group presentations, including Turbulence at Mirrored Gardens in Guangzhou (29 October–28 November 2015), the 10th Shanghai Biennale, Social Factory (23 November 2014–31 March 2015), the 2015 New Museum Triennial, Surround Audience (25 February–24 May 2015), and in Venice for the 57th Venice Biennale (13 May–26 November 2017). More recently, a selection of nine of Lai's paintings appear in Tai Kwun Contemporary's Contagious Cities: Far Away, Too Close (26 January–21 April 2019).

Pacific Place Mall  <Please send us your inquiry> Faux designed a zodiac toile repeat pattern for a fine bone china dinner plate for the Pacific Place Shopping Mall over Chinese New Year. The plates were given to VIP based on purchases made. The plates sold out in days of the launch promotion. The design was used throughout the mall for Pacifuc Place's entire CNY celebrations.

Ho Sing Tung is interested in literature and movies her paintings are often maps of personal journeys, both real and imaginary. Her mug depicts political figures around a reversed personal map of Hong Kong and is a commentary on the ineffectiveness of government. Ho Sin Tung was trained at the Fine Art Dept of CUHK. She was born and brought up in Hong Kong and has shown widely in Hong Kong, being represented by Hanart TZ Gallery.

Lam Tung Pang uses both traditional and non-traditional materials to produce pieces engaging with ideas of memory and history. His mug depicts a tiny scaled model of a man, reading a newspaper, in front of window patterns a detail from one of Tung Pang's major art piece, The Youngest and Oldest, 2011. Tung Pang studied at Central St. Martins, UK and has been awarded numerous scholarships and awards, including the prestigious "Hunting Art Prizes Young Artist of the Year”, U.K. and the HK Contemporary Art Biennial Awards. He has exhibited worldwide.
